Last updated: May 2026 · Effective immediately

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shuddhi QA (shuddhiqacloud.pages.dev), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users — individuals, QA engineers, teams, and organisations using Shuddhi QA to generate test cases.

Continued use of the service after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

2. What Shuddhi QA Is

Shuddhi QA is a free, AI-powered test case generator for QA engineers and software testers. It generates structured test cases from requirement documents, business flow descriptions, Jira tickets, and Azure DevOps work items.

  • AI generation powered by Groq (Llama), Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude — using your own API keys
  • Exports to Excel, PDF, Markdown, Jira Zephyr CSV, TestRail, Gherkin, Playwright, and more
  • Direct push to Azure DevOps Test Plans
  • Google Cloud Billing sync (read-only)
  • All data stored locally in your browser — no server-side data retention
🔑

3. API Keys & Your Responsibility

Shuddhi QA requires you to supply your own AI provider API key (Groq, Gemini, or Claude). By using your API key with this service:

  • You own your API keys. Keys are stored only in your browser's localStorage and are never stored on Shuddhi QA servers.
  • You are responsible for your API usage and costs. Any charges from AI providers (Anthropic, Google, Groq) are billed directly to your account — not through Shuddhi QA.
  • You must comply with your AI provider's terms. Using Shuddhi QA does not exempt you from Anthropic's, Google's, or Groq's usage policies.
  • Do not share your API keys. If your key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your provider's console.
  • You are responsible for securing your device. Anyone with access to your browser can see and use your saved API keys.
⚠️ Shuddhi QA is not liable for any API costs, rate limit violations, or account suspensions resulting from your use of AI provider APIs through this service.
🛡️

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Shuddhi QA for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass or abuse the free tier system (e.g. scripted generation to exhaust shared resources)
  • Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code beyond what is publicly available on GitHub
  • Use automated scripts or bots to send bulk requests to the API proxy endpoints
  • Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service's infrastructure
  • Upload documents containing classified, confidential, or regulated personal data (HIPAA, GDPR-sensitive data) without appropriate safeguards
  • Resell or redistribute Shuddhi QA as your own product without permission
ℹ️ Shuddhi QA is intended for professional QA engineering work — test case generation, requirement analysis, test plan creation. Any use outside this scope is at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Shuddhi QA integrates with external services including Azure DevOps, Jira, and Google Cloud. By connecting these services:

  • You authorise Shuddhi QA to act on your behalf only for the specific actions you initiate (fetch tickets, push test cases, read billing data)
  • Your credentials (PAT, API tokens, OAuth tokens) are stored in your browser only and sent only to the respective service's official API
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the Azure DevOps or Jira resources you connect
  • Shuddhi QA uses Google OAuth with cloud-billing.readonly scope only — we never modify your Google Cloud resources
  • Revoking access is always possible: use the Disconnect button in Settings, or revoke from your provider's account settings
⚖️

6. No Warranty

Shuddhi QA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

  • No uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable due to deployments, Cloudflare outages, or AI provider issues.
  • AI output accuracy. Generated test cases are AI-produced and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always review output before using in production test plans.
  • No fitness for purpose guarantee. Test cases generated may not cover all edge cases or meet your specific quality requirements.
  • Third-party services. We are not responsible for outages or changes to Groq, Gemini, Claude, Azure DevOps, or Jira APIs.
⚠️ AI-generated test cases should be reviewed by a qualified QA engineer before use in production environments. Shuddhi QA is a productivity tool, not a replacement for professional QA judgement.
🔒

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shuddhi QA and its developer shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
  • API costs incurred through your use of AI provider keys
  • Data loss due to browser storage clearing or device failure
  • Errors in AI-generated test cases that result in software defects being missed
  • Unauthorised access to your API keys or integration credentials
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Shuddhi QA (which is ₹0 as the service is free).

8. Intellectual Property

  • Your content. Documents, requirement descriptions, and data you upload or enter remain yours. Shuddhi QA does not claim ownership over your input data.
  • Generated test cases. Test cases generated using your API key and your requirement data belong to you.
  • Shuddhi QA brand and code. The Shuddhi QA name, logo (श), design, and codebase are owned by the developer. You may not copy or redistribute the service without permission.
  • AI provider terms apply. Generated content may be subject to your AI provider's intellectual property terms (Anthropic, Google, Groq).
🔐

9. Privacy

Your use of Shuddhi QA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Shuddhi QA does not collect, store, or sell personal data. All your data — API keys, test cases, usage history — is stored locally in your browser only.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of Shuddhi QA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
